Experienced in GIS, telecoms, and technology solutions across critical infrastructure and public sector programmes.
Simon Davison is the founder of GIS-World and the strategic force behind the company’s growth and market direction.
With more than 30 years’ experience across telecommunications, geospatial technology and digital infrastructure, Simon has built his career by identifying emerging markets and developing innovative technology solutions to solve complex infrastructure challenges. His background spans fibre networks, engineering, GIS, LiDAR, remote sensing and critical infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe.
Recognising the increasing demand for suitable land to support AI and hyperscale data centres, Simon identified a significant gap in the market: the need for a single intelligence platform capable of combining power availability, fibre connectivity, planning constraints, environmental risk and geospatial analysis into one decision-making system. This vision became Terminus, GIS-World’s infrastructure intelligence platform.
Today Simon leads the company’s commercial strategy, product vision and industry partnerships, working with developers, investors, landowners and infrastructure operators to accelerate site identification and reduce project risk. His focus is on understanding where the market is heading and ensuring GIS-World develops solutions that deliver measurable commercial value.
Kian Leggett

Experienced in GIS, telecoms, and technology solutions across critical infrastructure and public sector programmes.
Kian is the Lead Developer at GIS-World and is responsible for the design, development and continual evolution of the Terminus platform.
Working closely with Simon, Kian transforms product vision into scalable software, developing the geospatial intelligence platform that powers GIS-World’s services. His work includes application development, cloud architecture, AI integration, data processing and user experience, ensuring Terminus remains a robust, secure and high-performance platform for analysing complex infrastructure and land datasets.
As GIS-World continues to grow, Kian is leading the technical development of the platform, implementing new capabilities that support data centre site identification, infrastructure intelligence and advanced geospatial analytics.
